Tempeh Burger

 

Tempeh Burger is very easy to cook, and can be perfect for a healthy and delicious lunchbox. This recipe uses tempeh as main ingredients, accompanied by few vegetables. The result ? Protein-rich and delicious dish. Cook and serve this healthy food for your family today!

 

Tempeh Burger

Ingredient:

8 slices tempeh
150 gr chopped meat
2 white eggs
4 tbsp margarine

Sauce:

1 onion
1 celery
garlic
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
salt

Direction:

Steam tempeh and mash them

Cook chopped meat until dry

Chop onion and garlic, and slice celery

Put all sauce ingredient, tempeh and meat in a bowl

Mix them

Make rounds of 3mm thick and 7cm diameter

Beat white eggs, and dip the rounds into it

Fry them with margarine

 



 

Place the tempeh burger into burger bread

Add salad, tomato, cucumber, mayonnaise and tomato sauce
