Ingredients:
300 gr whole wheat flour
100 gr sugar
125 gr butter
1 egg
25 gr cornstarch
25 gr milk powder
¼ tsp baking powder
4 tbsp plain yogurt
For coffee glaze:
2 egg yolks
2 tsp instant coffee powder
Direction:
Beat sugar and butter
Add the egg, and beat well
Add whole wheat flour,
cornstarch, milk powder and baking powder by sifting them into the
mixture, while keep stirring the whole mixture
Add yogurt, stir well
Prepare and brush a pan with
butter
Roll the dough ½ cm thick, and
make 4,5 cm
diameter round pieces
Put them on the pan
Stir the coffee glaze ingredients well, and spread it
on
top of the cookies dough
Create stripes using fork tips
Bake in 150 deg. Celcius heat
for approx. 25 minutes
